Hold on! Is this yet another infrastructure project?? Didn't somebody here say the DR govt. isn't investing in infrastructure projects?

This is a big one, and sorely needed.

That intersection was suppose to be intervened a long time ago. In fact, supposedly that was one of the agreements with the US Embassy so they decided to build it where it is.

Late is better than never, but…

The original plans have been modified since now it includes a tunnel while before it was just 2 overpasses like exist where Churchill meets Kennedy.
