Let me know in which province you are located or wish to direct your help and we can point you to the most active not-for-profit organizations there. There are a number of institutions channeling donations nationwide, as well.
In Santiago we would suggest Acción Callejera (Web: accioncallejera.org ) They have worked for decades in taking children out of the streets.
