Any information on luxury villa rentals in the Puerto Plata Area would be very much appreciated.

Also any opinions on the Flamenco Beach Resort and specifically on the Club Miguel Angel located within the Flamenco complex.

You might try Hacienda Resorts in Cofressi, They have moderate to high luxury villas though they are usually reserved well in advancei. If you are planning a trip soon you should contact them quick!
