Single guy going to Punta Cana for the weekend (Bavaro Palace) on a lark. Resorts are usually pretty desolate areas for singles. That true of this one? Any places worth checking out in the vicinity if so?
I agree with you, resorts sometimes are quite bored for a single person... By my own experience, I recommend you to participate in the activities of the resort (dancing, sports and so on..) which I find is one of the best way of meeting new people (tourists and dominicans).
Lana has said it to you: El Rinc?n de la Salsa in Plaza Bavaro and Pacha in Riu Complex are the best places to have a nice night.
