I can tell you that the hotel is now under the management of the HOTETUR-group with several hotels in the Dominican Republic and Spain.
I dont know how is the service in this hotel now. I just heard that the workers arent very happy. A lot of employees are fired now - friendly, reliable people with families.
New were hired for making a "trainee" - one month without paying the daily work of 14 hours or more. After this training they were fired without comments.

I wish you nice vacacions in this Resort!

I have sent 4 faxes, 3 e mails and called twice and still have not been able to get a response from the hotel or a quote for an upcoming trip. I am beginning to think the hotel doesn't need the business of an American tourist after 9 years of visiting that area and most of the trips at that resort.

Stay at the Costalonga. It is very nice, the staff is very friendly and it is inexpensive. Not right on the beach but walking distance. They also have a nice pool.
