Removing wisdom teeth

Who could share their experience about removing 2 wisdom teeth, in Sosua, Cabarete, or Puerto Plata area?

which dentist?

cost (without medical insurance)?

what type of anesthesia?

Quality of follow-up?

I've been using the same dentist for 8 years and she does a fantastic job.
In Santiago I paid RD$3,500 per tooth without dental coverage and this
includes anesthesia. Had a wisdom tooth and a cracked molar removed
in May of this year prior to leaving for Florida. No follow up necessary so long
as you follow the dentist instructions and fill the script. Also, make sure you wash/
rinse with bottled water afterwards, tap water may cause infection.

No idea how much it will cost you on the North Coast but I will provide you with
my dentist contact information if you like.

I never had them out, wanted to retain my wisdom. Turns out it doesn't work that way 😩

I use Monica Garcia across from Playero in Sosua. She’s good. The cost/type/quality q’s I don’t know.

3500 rds is the price for each wisdom tooth removed, sorry but when you say "without dental coverage", does this mean that you had no medical insurance?
Was it local anesthesia?

Just noticed your response/ questions.
I sent you a PM with her contact information.
She speaks some English but not much. Helps
if you can speak Spanish or have someone with
you who is fluent.
Those prices are from May of this year so it
may cost you a little more. Either way. her and
her team do a fantastic job. I believe she opens
at 8am. Good luck.
