Renewal of Cedula

I need to renew my cedula and am not sure where the renewal should take place. Does anyone know where foreigners with permanent residences have to go to renew their cedulas and what documentation is required? Thanks in advance for any information.

With questions like yours it is always a good idea to start with the archives since the information is often there. To use the archives, click on "search", then go from there.

Hey Ken,

thanks for the quick reply! I read the forums every few days and assumed that it hadn't been referenced lately. Now I know what my English teacher meant when she said that "assume"makes a,well, you know what out of me! Thanks again for the info.

If you check the board every couple of days, Kiteman, you may want to make use of the "View new posts" feature on the first page you come to after clicking on Message Board. It is in upper right hand corner. You should also see Welcome Back Kiteman. Click on "View new posts" and you will get all the threads which have been posted to since you last checked in. Skim down through thelist of titles to see what is of interest. If you do this, you are more likely to keep track of what's knew and what isn't than if you check each section individually.
