Residencial Villa Espana

Does anybody have any information / experience etc of Residencial Villa Espana it is an area just outside San Pedro De Macoris and is located near the new bridge that links the highway to santo domingo.
I have been offered a plot of land to buy there ,i have visited the area and all looks ok lots of new build construction taking place.

Just a note to update the location of Villa Espana in san pedro de macoris

:- The new bridge is called Mauricio Baez and was completed in 2007(GOOGLE EARTH).

:- The road that passes Villa Espana leads to hato mayor from san pedro.

i travel that way quite a lot and can't rememeber seeing anything. You cross the bridge, by the cement factory and then after say 1/2 a mile come to the crossroads. Left to Hato Mayor, right to San Pedro and straight on to La Romana. The road into San Pedro has cabanas and the public hospital and not much else. Can't remember seeing any new building near bridge, but if their is its about 15 mins into San Pedro

You are in the right area it is just passed the last cabana on the right you will see a large yellow concrete oficina and archway that has Residencial Villa Espana on it. The entrance road is gravel/stone and leads to the houses/lots.

There are lots of new build large houses on the estate finished to a high standard, Next time you pass take a look.
