Schools on Web Page Design???

HI, I have been looking for a decent course in web page design here in Santo Domingo, but haven't found anything yet, just a one day course in HTML, where they charge 1000 pesos.

Does anyone know a school or where I can learn, html, java, flash, and all the good things about making nice webpages?
