can anyone tell me if any airlines operate from SD to Cartagena, Colombia? I believe Copa did at one time, but I am having trouble finding info on my searches for flights.

Nope, they dont have direct flight from Santo domingo to colombia now. Aces used to fly from Bogota to santo domingo using 320 and 727.

No, your best bet thru Panama city or Caracas.

Copa will do it for you. You will have to go to Panama then to Cartagena. the fare will be about 450 thats what I got
