Smucker buying Hostess

With J.M. Smucker (jelly and Jif peanut butter) I sure hope they don't stop selling the Hostess Ding Dongs, Ho Hos, Cupcakes (with the squiggle) Twinkies and white and pink Snowballs -
I never even knew Hostess was for sale ?

They went under once before when it was privately owned. This sale is valued at 5.6Bn so it sounds like they have rebounded pretty well.

Every time I go to Jumbo I buy a couple of their products for old times sake.
