Hey Guys, Im sure almost every popular dominican artist has recorded a song about there hometown or about their dominican pride. i would like to make a cd with these songs but i dont know any of the names of the songs. Can you guys please help me out? Thanks. This is what i have so far.

Got you another one; Santiago en Coche, also by Juan Luis Guerra. At the beginning of his career he had the intention of composing a song for every Dominican town, but later though it was going to be monotonous, so he only composed a couple.

The marines have landed on the shores of Santo Domingo, Phil Ochs - Ok, it's some activist folk song by a guy that probably never visited the DR, but nonetheless, is about the topic at hand. (first song I heard about the DR in music class in highschool)
