had both of mine done at different times over the years. The last one was 10 years ago in the states. I remember seeing the bill they sent to the insurance company. All in : Anesthesiologist, Orthopedic Doc and Hospital 7500.00. So I would venture a guess you can probably get it done for around 2000 grand here.
