Geneology is one of my hobbies. Just out of curiosity I logged into my ancestry.com account and searched the name Adame. We had several in Canada back in the 1800s, also in the USA, many in England and Wales. According to Ancestry.com, Adame is Spanish Basque form for the original Hebrew name for the first man Adam (made from earth). In English, we use Adam, Adams, Adamson, Irish and Scottish McAdam etc.
