Taxi Prices from Santiago Airport

Does anyone have the prices to various destinations from STI to other places on the North Coast such as Puerto Plata, Sosua, Cabarete, Rio San Juan, Las Terrenas etc ?
There is a pinned post on the North Coast Forum which shows prices from POP but I find STI cheaper to fly into and more convenient timings/more flights.
