I have been to the DR several times, staying in different resorts each time, and in my opinion, the Playa Naco Golf & Tennis Resort is easily my favorite. Your days are as busy or quiet as you want, service is friendly and excellent, and the food is great. Lots of activities that are simple to access, no security deposits for the equipment, etc.

We have going to the Dominican Republic for the last 12 yrs. We are going again on March 20th and will be staying at our favorate hotel which is Decameron Beach Club And Casino in Jaun Doilo. It is on the South side about 30 min. from the airport and 45 min. from Santo Domingo.

I think the Jack Tar Village at Playa Dorada would be the best for couples since no children are allowed. It has a casino, disco and three specialty restaurants along with their main buffet restaurant. The daytime and evening entertainments geared for adults. We were there in January and really enjoyed it and wouldn't mind going back there again. We have looked at other properties and find that Jack Tar is the most beautiful of all. It is a village of 4 rooms per building scattered all around. It is also surrounded by the golf course and most rooms have views of the golf course from the balcony or terrace.

i would reccommend the puerto plata beach resort hotel and casino. it is great and has everything that you will need for kids and adults alike1

This is really two different categories, I don't think any of the resorts can compare to the Jaragua for a full service hotel.

Hi , we stayed at the Iberostar Punto Cana hotel a number of times , enjoyed ourselves very well , If you like to have my opinion they are all good , ( if you talk to ten different people , you get ten different anwers , ) we like it at the Iberostar , service is as good as in any other hotel , so is the food etc.
it is very difficult to make up ones mind , you will have to experience it all yourself.
