The Dominican Republic’s 2023 World Baseball Classic roster could easily be mistaken for an All-Star team.

you can keep Robinson Cano that junkie. and Gary Sanhcez wasted talent
Could not agree more. Cano can't even find the time to run to first. And Sanchez is a strike out king, and passed ball wonder..............

Suggestion on where to watch. I'm assuming all the major bars will have it on, but any other suggestions? First game is next Saturday March 11, at 7PM EST, which I assume means 8PM our time.
You won't have to leave your house to watch it, Or any bar if you like. Won't be a problem...........

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. will not participate in the tournament. He's having knee issues.

As a result, the Dominican squad, in my opinion, will not be one of the favorites to win it all.

And here's my humble prediction to reign supreme: Japan, with USA being a second favorite, followed but Chinese Taipei.

And if Japan wins, Shohei Ohtani will be the MVP; Mookie Betts if USA triumphs.

Ranking Every Team In The 2023 World Baseball Classic

Here are the top 3 order.

1. Dominican Republic

The Dominicans feature a loaded lineup and a hard-throwing bullpen as usual, and they now have a stout rotation to give them the best and most well-rounded team in the tournament.

2. Japan

Led by Shohei Ohtani and Yu Darvish, Japan has far and away the best starting rotation in the WBC and is every bit a championship contender.

3. United States

The defending champions boast a star-studded lineup capable of scoring with anybody, but a lack of starting pitching depth is a concern.

Now, that's what I call excellent baseball acumen:

Ohtani wins WBC MVP after dominant 2-way performance
