BBC Caribbean put this article up today.

I though it was quite interesting ... and definitely put a different spin on Leonel and his endless travels.

That is a good article. Impressive how Presidente is expanding into the Caribbean. I think it is smart to see the Caribbean as a whole single market. Off course there are big differences too. Language, culture and different political systems. But there are a lot of similarities too.
