I try to keep out of a lot of the crap that goes on in the Dominican Republic between Haiti and the DR but I was under the impression that Dominican newspapers had better values than some of the Latin American newspapers but unfortunately, I was mistaken. Hopefully the image shows below.

This is nothing new. There is certainly no love lost between DR and Haiti. Likely this will not change because DR politicians see no benefit to changing the current policy.
