I did not know that there where too many villas for sale in Casa de Campo. And what is too many? It is a big resort. But I would think it is expensive to live there.

Plus the fact that Jose Figueroa Agosto, Sammy Dahaujre and the rest of that group are no longer throwing parties out there....and the high ranking officers that had "friends" help them buy $2 million villas are trying to get out, plus all of what Robert said....
Only the La Romana Country Club is still solid...

I suspect than when money for even the rich gets tight, the extra vacation home is liquidated.
It's happening all over.
The problem of course being that in order to "liquidate", they have to find someone with sufficeint "liquidity" in the same down economy, so a lot of the properties stay on the market for months and even years.
