this should do the trick
if you arrive during daytime just take a bus and you are good with 150 Peso to highwaqy and 300 peso for the bus.
At night ; only taxi or uber

How's your Spanish and will u have a ton of luggage? For me, who only carrys a back pack, I would either walk or guagua to the autopista Las Americas (walking in daylight only). There is a pretty major parada (bus stop) there. I'm guessing the guagua is only 150 pesos but I don't know. Then, take the San Pedro guagua all the rest of the way.

But if this is your first time or you have a lot of luggage or your Spanish sucks worse than mine, then I would do Uber. I have never done it but can't imagine it's over 2000 pesos.

Hi Manuel
are you saying that there is a bus at the airport that will take me to the highway? where is that bus ? ive been in the DR since 1976 and never saw a bus. thanks so much GL
take a cab to the highway, it's 3 min away and should not cost you more than 200 pesos, from there you take a bus. They are passing by every 15 min.
