Since they don't actually fly there that is. You'd have to rent the whole plane.

AA is offering Netsaver fares for the weekend of the 14th if you can come back 3 or 4 days later from NYC/JFK for $149. MIA $179.

If you checked the major web travel agents and AA ( did you check US Air?) you've already found out all the prices unless you can go charter for a week - you don't say where you are so that could be feasible or impossible depending on the city and country you are flying from. There should be lots of air only charter flights (you don't have to buy the hotel part if you don't want to) to at least POP.

Charters AFAIK don't do SDQ any more, they do La Romana LRM) and Punta Cana ( PUJ) quite a lot.

Asking about either SDQ or POP sounds like you don't know which coast you actually want to visit.

I know which one just want to compare since I will be going to both places anyway and it doesn't matter coming from SDQ or POP

If you plan to leave in 7 days you are missing windows for flights that require a 7 day advance purchase. Buy something. From PHL You could fly direct with US Air I think and via other cities on AA or CO. Or try a charter, but for Pete's sake do something.
