Any proof of that? There is some fine print in their contract about that, but what is exactly 'lots of data per month' and for what subscriber? My Claro service is TV/Phone line/200 Mbit download 50 Mbit upload internet on Fiber Optics, so how much data I have to upload/download daily to have my Claro subscription cancelled, according to you? That's also the reason why Claro had been cancelling subscriber lines that consume lots of data per month, and they have been doing it for over 1 year now.
I have many customers using delancer who do not get cancelled, I do not know about claroAny proof of that? My question was addressed to another member who wrote that Claro is cancelling subscriptions for excessive traffic usage, I wanted to know where this info is coming from and if it's true, some details please... because without proof it's just BS.I have many customers using delancer who do not get cancelled, I do not know about claro

I have a house in Sosua, and would like to enroll in your service. I would like to speak to you first, as I am 80 yrs old, and may need you to walk me through it. I am in NJ, and will be in Sosua from Oct. 26 - Nov. 2., but would need to speak to you before I leave. I have a firestick.

Generally it is directed to so called Wiferos, the new business that appeared in DR about 10 years ago where because claro priced their 100Mbps plan at price that is less than what it cost to receive this bandwidth from USA, i guess they did it counting that people will get this plan for themselves but "business thinking" people started sharing it with their neighbors and then with their neighborhoods they figured it out that it can be business... and it grew like crazy, almost like goldrush :-D then about 2 years ago claro cut this out by enforcing data cap on consumer lines. Basically it's part of Fair Use policy https://www.claro.com.do/personas/legal-y-regulatorio/#Rubio hasn’t posted here in two years, so don’t expect a reply.
