This thread is about what Apple calls WiFi Calling or is also in same places VoWIFI. This enables one to take and make "mobile" phone call wherever there is WiFi. Great for places made out of concrete with poor coverage or signal penetration. Yes I know about SIP and WhatsApp as alternative.
I use this feature extensively with Fido (Canada) and Ultra Mobile (USA).
Does anyone have it working it in DR with an Apple phone? How about with an Android?
Supposedly both of the following providers support it yet neither of my prepaid sim enable it. Maybe its postpaid only? I sure hope its not flagged to be Android only somehow on the provider's side.
