This will be interesting:

We Are the People – The María artificial intelligence platform , a free, open-source, and publicly accessible tool designed to detect potential irregularities in the Dominican government's contracting and purchasing processes, was presented this Monday in Santo Domingo.

The launch was led by developer Jochi Gómez , project leader and founder of the DOGE technical team, who announced his resignation from management positions at companies with state ties as a sign of consistency with the tool's purpose. "María is not an experiment: she is the best ally of justice and accountability," he stated.

During the event, which was attended by business leaders, community leaders, media representatives, and government officials, American political strategist Roger Stone featured prominently , giving a talk entitled "Five Rules for Surviving the Establishment." Stone praised the initiative, noting: "Technology and courage can come together to change the rules of the game. Maria is proof that resilience can also be programmed."

The María platform aims to strengthen citizen oversight and real-time public auditing . Using machine learning algorithms, the tool analyzes tenders, contracts, and awards, identifying overpricing, collusion between bidders, and other potential corruption patterns. It also includes an early warning system and immutable records of the evaluations performed.

The team responsible indicated that the tool has the support of Washington-based technology foundations , as well as law firms in the United States and the Dominican Republic, which are already working on preparing legal actions against officials and contractors who may be involved in embezzling public funds.

It was also reported that strategic alliances are being established with multilateral organizations and U.S. government entities to facilitate the exchange of key information and strengthen cooperation on transparency and anti-corruption issues.

One of the most talked-about moments of the event was the intervention of the voice of artificial intelligence itself, programmed to speak publicly for the first time:
“Where transparency is diluted, corruption finds refuge. That's why I was born: I am Maria. I don't rest. I'm not influenced. And I don't remain silent.”

The platform is now available online at www.maria.do , where any citizen can access it, explore its features, and participate in the public oversight process.

The website shows 141 irregularities. Let's see if Luis' govt has the balls to look into all of them.

Yep, talk about stepping on toes.. LOL

Jochi is the guy who got the contract to install stoplights from Hugo Beras, then had problems with the Govt. with the contracts and got arrested along with Hugo.

I'm not sure why he thinks he started the DOGE movement, but it's his ball so let him play with it.
