Any idea of what warehouse costs are in the PoP area?
Not sure if there is a price per square foot or if there is any rhyme or reason to what is a common price.
If you are needing warehouse for storage, check Sosua Self Storage for prices. The prices were based pretty much on square meter basis, but I took into consideration the overall size and location in the building. Average of $15 US per meter. If you rent in Puerto Plata, be sure to check for prior flooding issues and security.
