Yeah.. I know. I'm just getting a little too into checking the weather. To be honest, by the time we get there, I don't suppose we will even notice too much what the weather is doing. Yesterday we had a shower around 2 pm, it was sunny in the morning. Then from about 6 pm it rained all night. This would really not have a negative impact on your sunbathing, now would it?
Also look at the future trends in your chart. You can see it is progressively improving with 'showers' going to 'cloudy' & the chance of rain coming down to 20%...........which means an 80%.........I needn't finish that, need I?
So as before, get up early, get sunbathing early in the day.........& if you need a list of activities you can undertake whilst it is raining at night, PM me

It is Saturday (I think) and is is lovely.
We are staying at the Riu Bachata, and couldn't realy complain. Even though I have had the 24hr bug thing.. or maybe it was an over indulgence!!
We still sit near the pool even when it rains!
Flight was fine.. evn though all the toilets got blocked up and were therefore out of use 2hrs previous to landing at POP.
Anyway.. again thanks for your comments and suggestions.

I HOPE it was an over indulgence! Seems some Canadian companies have stopped using that hotel for the meanwhile. Hope you continue to have a great time. And well done for being cheerful through bug & rain.......they breed 'em tough in Hampshire.
