Where can I buy a "crock Pot"?

I would like to purchase a "crock pot" or slow cooker for our condo in Cabarete. Can anyone tell me where I can buy one in the Cabarete - Sosua area so I don't have to run to every possible store to see if they have them? Or will I have to go to POP?

Your best bet would be at a hardware store and they are not going to be cheap in the DR. It may be easier to look for a rice cooker and then have it set to hold to keep the food at temp. Zojirushi is a good brand. There are a couple of spots in Charimicos that might carry rice cookers. Is that store that sells TV's and other hardware still open on Pedro Clisante in Sosua?

I just got a gallon crock pot at Home Depot in NY for $20. It might be cheaper to have one shipped to you.

i forgot the name of the store it is like Walmart called something like sarana serana but every body know of the place in pop they should have it. if not try see if some one can bring one over. i would but my bag is full right now

I know you said POP Cab area, but the only place I've seen one is Price Smart in Santiago.​

La Sirena in PP will almost surely have them, and they're not that expensive here. Playero and Papeterra in Sosua may have them as well...if you're in Cabarete, try Linares in Plaza Media Luna.

Zojirushi is a good brand.

zojirushi is rather expensive and i do not think i have seen it on sale here? we bought our zojirushi breadmaker and rice cooker from the internet and had it shipped. great stuff but man, lots of money...
