Where to watch soccer on TV in SD

does anyone know where to watch English Premiership soocer games on TV in SD. They are normally on Sky TV with some 9.30am start times. I heard that perhaps Champions Bar in renaissance Jaragua is possible ?
Any advise appreciated.

or try this one.

Live Channels - Sports - Soccer - Most Viewers - English - Justin.tv

either of the above will have city on even if they not on setanta or sky.
