Wrought Iron Patio furniture

Puerto Plata area.

Looking for a place that sells iron patio furniture. Possibly 2 chairs and a table. They usually come in white or a bronze. I have seen in red and other colors.

I found one place in Puerto Plata but the finishing was rough. There was a place in Gran Parada, on the main road but it closed.

Can't help you with a place to buy that but I hope that you don't live near the ocean, they will rust in 6 months with the salt in the air.

I recommend you buy aluminum instead. We bought ours on Duarte Hwy about 10 years ago, live near the Caribbean and no issues.

Whatever metal you decide to purchase I recommend you give it a good powder coating.

I bought some of the aluminium furniture like that above at a place just on the Cabarete side of Sosua. You can see it by the roadside.

Hmmm. Do you remember the name? Will probably go by there this weekend...

I don’t remember the name. It’s right on the highway, no building, all the furniture is outside. Well made. I think we paid just under 30,000 pesos.

I think you're talking about the area where Ave. Colombia (and coming from prolong. 27 from the other side) joins the Autopista Duarte. All kinds of metal furniture. Can't miss it.

There was no visible name as far as I can remember. It's a place where they sell various stuff for the garden such as pots etc., on the left as you exit Sosua. Please don't blame me if they don't have them now, I haven't had a reason to check recently.
