There continues to be an economic and real estate boom here. Two more houses on my small street in SD being torn down to build
4 story apartment buildings. Of course like the dozens in the neighborhood, they will all sell for the 100-200kusd and or rent for $100o
p/mth.

Downtown SD, if it exists is extending more and more until Nunez de Caceres (where this 'mall' will be).
