ZTE ZXHN F670L Modem Administrator login needed.

I went to upgrade my fiber optic modem from a very old and weak WiFi ZTE ZXHN 660 modem and ran into problems with the new ZTE ZXHN F670L modem
It has better WiFi signal, but it is not allowing my HiLook security cameras to work (DDNS not working on the camera controller) and it is blocking an IPTV service that I have.

I have tried to get the ISP in Cabarete to give me the administrator login information so I can see if I can fix the issues, but they keep telling me to use "user / user" login instead. I can see nothing wrong in the user level of the modem's web server settings. So I need the admin ones to see if something is blocking me.

I tried to contact ZTE and they only answer technical questions if I bought the modem directly from them. Duh..

I have exhausted Google with trying to find an answer for the administrator logins. None work. Double Duh...

Anyone familiar with work around? Or I will have to return it and use the old unit.

Simple question;
Have you tried using "admin" instead of "user"?

Yep admin/admin and any other googled result all failed. The installers will probably be back tomorrow, Hopefully I can get a refund.

Anyone have a good range booster source for WiFi?

try holding the reset button for 15 seconds or so, so hopefully it will default to factory settings, then try user user

Good suggestion, I might try that when they show up tomorrow as a last resort before they take it back.
I suspect that might disconnect it from the ISP...

I can't take the chance of cutting off normal WiFi to clients or my wife tonight...

I apologize in advance, completely stupid question, but is none of the login info on the router label? I'm asking as Telecable renewed our fibre ZTE modem and it has all the info printed right there.

and for one last attempt, try the mac address on the router as the password but not sure if you have to try user or admin as the username

Not this modem for the web server. What you are referring to is the WiFi information, not the login in to the settings page for configuring the modem, There are no dumb suggestions, so thanks for that. What is dumb is that the company won't help....

dont know why the iptv wouldnt work.. who is your internet company?.. id its delancer you may have gotten a dominican IP adress.. you may need to have it set to a US address.
security cameras have a server that you log into remotely i assume?. you may need to turn on port forwarding and forward incoming traffic on that port to the IP of the cameras

I'm not referring to the WiFi information, but exactly the settings page for configuring the modem. As an example, the following is printed right behind our ZTE:

192.168.1.1
username: admin
password: admin

CableDelNorte. I have a US IP address that fools only some sites. The company didn't change here, just the fiber optic modem, keep in mind. All worked before that change.

Yes, the security cameras allow remote log ins but the new modem was not allowing the camera server access via DHCP.

I think DDNS being off might be part of it?

I rarely get this deep into modems..

Port Binding
Dynamic Routing
Port Locating

Are all off . I see nothing called Port Forwarding, so is that a part of one of the above?
There are also Port Binding settings.

The web server for the camera system is not getting a default gateway when hooked to the new fiber modem.

if modem has vertical menu port forwarding is located in application-> Port Forwarding , DMZ located in the same menu Application

if there is horizontal grey menu then it's in internet->security-> Port Forwarding , DMZ is in the same place.

i'm personally consulting number of ISPs in the area and nobody ever asked me to block any IPTV services. i can only imagine two reasons IPTV is not working 1. just the ip address you got got blacklisted because of actions of previous consumer who had it (in this case turn off your modem for half an hour if it's cabarete and turn it on again) you may get new ip address. 2. your IPTV provider is not happy to have customers with US IP address and maybe blocking it.
for the camera to work. number one check that modem received public ip address status->WAN and then ... well follow DDNS instructions...etc usually all modern cameras work without need to open ports.
