Promociones Turisticas has made known that it is building a residential project, El Ducado Village, on Cabeza de Toro along the East Coast and expects the completion of 600 residences to be ready by 1997. The residential community is going up amidst tropical vegetation and surrounded by restaurants, discotheques, bars and large swimming pools.
Upon making the announcement to the tourism editor of the newspaper Hoy, Galo Victorio and Aldo Burzatta, the Italian promoters, said their company has 2,600 residences throughout the world. They are offering the right to purchase time periods at the residences for US$2,000 plus the possibility of exchanging these weeks with multiple properties elsewhere in the world.
