A Dominican won third place in the contest for “The Best Photo of my Vacation” recently held by the Royal Holiday Club, part of the Mexican consortium Costamex, which has 48,000 members throughout the world. The president of Proinversion, the company that operates the time sharing-style vacation club in the Dominican Republic, Rafael Blanco Canto, said that Ricardo José Rodríguez Marchena entered a photograph taken during a trip with his family in August 1995 to the Epcot Center, Orlando, Florida, one of the 70 RHC destinations in 15 countries. Mr Rodríguez won a week’s vacation in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. RHC was introduced to the Dominican Republic in June, 1995 and is an organization that guarantees vacations to its members for 30 years at today’s prices.
