Club on the Green in Playa Dorada, Puerto Plata, a Caribbean Village hotel, has been recognized by the RCI Vacation Club for “outstanding service and personnel cooperation” for 1995. Club on the Green, under the management of Mario Mattana, has been named a “RCI International tourism complex of distinction” for “excellence in facilities and service.”
Another Caribbean Village hotel, the Caribbean Village Bavaro was also awarded the 1995 recognition for excellence in service “for maintaining the highest standards.” These awards are granted after collecting feedback from guests over 12 months regarding the quality of the complex, service received, and overall reports on the customers’ experiences. RCI is one of the principal vacation clubs in the world. It is an affiliate of Allegro Vacation Club, a sister company of Caribbean Village Dominicana. Both companies are subsidiaries of the Allegro Resorts Corporation.
