The new ambassadors of Colombia, Eduardo Jose Abuachaide Ochoa, Australia, Roger Charles Frankel, and Chipre, Alexandro Vikins were accredited at the National Palace yesterday. The Colombian ambassador is a renown lawyer and professional diplomat. He has been chief of the Colombian mission in Cuba. Frankel is a high-ranking career officer of the Ministry of Foreign Relations of Australia, who has represented his country in France, Argentina, Brasil and Belgium. Ambassador Vikins is a graduate of political science and anthropology from universities in Great Britain and Lebannon.
