Maximo Reyes, 38, who was extradited by the Dominican government in August of this year, could be sentenced to 30 years in prison and US$500 thousand in fines. In New York City, Reyes declared himself guilty of the death of Dwayne Gaymon and brothers Roberto, Francisco and Rafael Lugo, and admitted his participation in the homicide of Jose Montalvo. He declared himself guilty of fraud, conspiracy, assassination and massive transport of cocaine in the United States.
