The mayor of Patterson, New Jersey, Marty Barnes, announced a twin city agreement with the city of La Romana, in the southeast. The city of Patterson will send new traffic lights, 35 stop signs and 68 one-way signs, as the start of an assistance program. Patterson is the third largest city in the state of New Jersey.
