National Police chief Jose Anibal Sanz Jiminian ordered the transfer of police officers at the Boca Chica police station after a series of assaults and robberies at gun point affected business establishments in that beach resort. The chief of the National Police said that he would not allow that chaos, disorder or delinquency take a hold of Boca Chica and guaranteed businesses in Boca Chica that the delinquent acts would not be repeated. According to Police spokesman, Major General Simon Antonio Diaz, Sanz Jiminian personally selected each of the officers that will be in charge of the Comandancia de Boca Chica, the police station, to ensure that crimes would end.
