Government ignores who's who in government

Believe it or not, the Dominican government does not know who is who in government. A report in the Listin Diario indicates that no institution of the state can produce a list of the ministers, deputy ministers, directors and deputy directors, administrators and deputy administrators of the state. The director of the Department of Prevention complained that because of the lack of this list, he has not been able to ascertain who has fulfilled with Law 82-79 that obliges government officers to declare their assets upon entering the government.
