Several of the mobile stores have been set up near the colmados in order to sell to colmado clients. The store owners say that if the government wants to sell subsidized goods it should use the colmados. He said that the colmados are losing sales and clients to the state. The authorities have set up 2,000 state stores to sell the subsidized goods.
