Minister of Foreign Relations Eduardo Latorre denied that the signing of the free trade agreement with Central America would be postponed. He said that when the Minister of Economy of Guatemala, Juan Mauricio Wurmser and the Minister of Foreign Commerce of Costa Rica, Jose Manuel Salazar said that they felt that the agreement should be postponed until the list of excluded products was completed, they were giving their personal opinions and not making official statements.
