Partido Revolucionario Dominicano pre-candidates’ propaganda has begun to litter the capital city of Santo Domingo. Posters and bill boards promoting Hipólito Mejía, Milagros Ortíz Bosch and Rafael (Fello) Suberví now pollute city space that Hurricane Georges had cleaned up quite a bit. These politicians, along with Hatuey De Camps and Rafael Abinader, aspire to become the PRD candidate in the May 16, 2000 presidential elections.
