The Minister of Foreign Relations of Colombia, Guillermo Fern?ndez Soto is expected in Santo Domingo today. He will meet with President Leonel Fern?ndez at 5 pm at he National Palace. On his agenda is a working session at the Ministry of Foreign Relations. He will also participate in the presentation of a book on human rights published by the Dominican Ministry of Foreign Relations to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Universal Human Rights Declaration of the United Nations.
