The Ministry of Public Works announced the continuation of works to expand the Avenida 27 de Febrero. These works include the junction of the avenue with the Paris Expressway under construction and with the new bridge that will run parallel to the Duarte bridge as well as with the redesign of the entrance to the city of Santo Domingo from the Las Americas Highway. Architectural plans for the later have been drawn up by Sercitec and Bello y D?az, among which the Ministry now needs to choose.
