Yesterday National Police (PN) chief Major General Jos? An?bal Sanz Jimini?n continued his shake-up of PN ranks, replacing 32 commanders, including the head of the Central Investigations Archive, Major Genaro Suero Jim?nez. Suero Jim?nez had been the subject of a mini-human rights scandal when a video tape surfaced showing him beating a narcotics suspect in 1994.
