The Dominican Republic’s Office for Promotion of Investment and the US Department of Commerce are jointly sponsoring the First US-Caribbean Trade & Investment Forum, scheduled for March 16-18, 1999 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. This event will bring together regional and US business and government leaders in two days of conference sessions on telecommunications, electronic commerce, information technologies, transportation and infrastructure and tourism (a joint CLAA-CHA-CTO program).
