During a luncheon discussion with the news daily El Siglo, Foreign Minister Eduardo Latorre revealed yesterday that the Chancellery, the Directorate-General of Migration and the Interior and Police Ministry will soon deliver to President Fern?ndez their proposed draft of a new immigration law. The three agencies have been charged by the President with formulating a legislative bill to update the 1939 Immigration Law.
