Judge Katia Miguelina Jim?nez sent back to the C?mara de Calificaci?n the dossier on the assassination of journalist Orlando Mart?nez. The judge ordered that the process start over because of irregularities in the presentation of the case. The Dominican judiciary also awaits the extradition from the US of former Air Force sergeant Mariano Dur?n Cabrera, accused of firing the bullets that killed the journalist.
