Trans World Airlines (TWA) is requesting permission to fly from New York to Puerto Plata once a day and from San Juan, Puerto Rico to Santo Domingo three times a day. The routes are now covered by American Airlines or American Eagle. TWA has the authorization for daily flights from New York to Santo Domingo.
